（1）勧誘に先立って宅地建物取引業者名、担当者名、勧誘目的を告げずに勧誘を行った場合 業務停止7日間
（2）相手方等が契約を締結しない旨等の意思表示をしたにもかかわらず再勧誘を行った場合 業務停止15日間
（3）迷惑を覚えさせるような時間の電話又は訪問による勧誘を行った場合 業務停止15日間
（1）は「名乗らないのですか」、（2）は「一度断りましたよね」、（3）は「迷惑です」と伝え、従わなければ告発すればいい。そこで、告発の方法や悪質な手口を文末のリンク先に用意した。職場は自宅に電話や訪問で迷惑をこうむった場合に、確認・共有して欲しい。
